I. Surveillance and Logging
There are numerous surveillance cameras in the data center and approaching areas. This information is retained to hard disk drive for an undisclosed amount of time. Online Tech will use this information only for the purpose of assuring a secure facility. The video or other media gathered during surveillance of the data center is not available for use by anyone other than Online Tech and law enforcement officials when appropriate.
II. Using your rack space
Please label your equipment; this will be helpful should you need remote assistance from an Online Tech Technician.
III. Damage
You agree to reimburse Online Tech for all reasonable repair or restoration costs associated with damage or destruction caused by your software, hardware, cabling, power supplies or other equipment, actions or actions of your agents. during the term or as a consequence of Client's removal of its hardware or property installed in the Space.
IV. Restrictions
1. The following restrictions apply to your access and use of the data center space. The purpose of these restrictions is to ensure your safety and the security of the data center facility:
2. The data center is open for you to gain physical access to your equipment only. It is not to be used as office space, meeting space or for personal reasons. You are not permitted to gain access to any adjoining enclosed space outside of the collocation room.
3. No unapproved photography.
4. Do not to touch any equipment that does not belong to you. All equipment under the raised floor is property of Online Tech. Clients are not allowed to gain access under raised floor for any reason.
5. Do not leave the data center door propped open unattended at any time. Please ensure that the door is closed at all times.
6. No smoking, lighting of matches, use of lighters or any flame whatsoever is permitted.
7. No drugs, alcohol or firearms are permitted.
8. No food, drink
9. No excessive cardboard or paper
10. No construction, cutting or anything that creates dust.
V. Acceptance
By accepting the pass card and submitting to the finger print for the biometric device you agree to adhere to these rules of use as they may exist at the time of your use. Refer to Online Tech’s main website at www.onlinetech.com/rulesofuse for current versions of these rules.
